Roles & Responsibilities

This is an Application focused role, not Infra - please take note

Key Responsibilities :

Application Deployment and Support

  • Assist in deploying enterprise-level applications, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using SQL queries and other diagnostic tools.

Business Process Evaluation

  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement solutions.

    • Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Document findings and communicate them effectively to relevant teams.

    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Conduct UAT to validate applications meet quality and functional specifications.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather critical insights and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Vendor Management - working closely with a Service Delivery Manager counterpart with a team of field engineers)

    • Project Coordination

  • Support project management tasks, including developing plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proven experience in IT application support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues using SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with project management practices is an advantage.
  • Experience in providing Level 2 incident support for Low Code Platform (OutSystems will be a bonus)
