• Support Sales Processes : Assist the sales team by managing internal requests for upcoming opportunities, including tool registration and scheduling necessary meetings.
• Optimize Process Flow : Help structure and refine sales processes, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely preparation of proposals and bids.
• Ensure Documentation Quality : Act as a quality control for sales documents, ensuring they are professional, complete, and ready for internal approvals.
• Assist in Partner Management : Support the standardization and updating of templates and processes related to partner management.
• Drive Financial Process Automation : Identify and implement opportunities to automate routine finance tasks, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support Data Analysis and Reporting : Assist with pricing exercises and generate performance reports for both sales and partner activities.
