Private Debt Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Private Debt Associate to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for private markets. CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN SINGAPORE ALREADY. MissionReview information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities;Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and credit memo;Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams, and preparation of updates for internal discussion purposes;Actively assist with the capital raising process, including preparation of presentational materials, market research, and answering of investor diligence questions; andLead on internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.
