Job description

A leading logistics firm is looking for a Senior IT Governance Analyst to join their expanding team. Oversee their IT governance and compliance function.

Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO / IEC 27001, NIST).
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, SOX).

Conduct periodic reviews and updates of IT policies and procedures.

Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks and control gaps across systems and processes.

Collaborate with IT and business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.

Support risk assessments and business impact analysis (BIA) activities.

Coordinate and support internal and external IT Audits

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or audit roles.

Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ITIL, ISO 27001).

Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ITIL Foundation).
