We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Singapore. This leadership role is suited for someone with strong B2B experience, preferably in frozen food distribution, who thrives on achieving ambitious sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute country-wide sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and create plans to expand market share, especially in the HORECA sector.
- Lead by example in key account acquisition and relationship management.
2. Team Management
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the sales team; monitor and coach team members for continuous improvement.3. Key Account Management
Maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.Drive customer retention and satisfaction through consistent service and communication.4. Financial & Operational Oversight
Ensure timely payment collection from clients and manage accounts receivable.Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.5. Reporting & Forecasting
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to directors.Analyse sales data to drive decisions and optimise performance.Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in a B2B sales leadership role, preferably in the food industry.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding country-level sales targets.Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.Multilingual abilities are an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.Willingness to travel domestically as required.Location : Tuas
