What Will You Do?
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and vendor management
- Maintain up-to-date records, files, and shared documents
- Support HR admin tasks for team members and volunteers (attendance, leave tracking)
- Manage petty cash and raise invoices
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and internal communications
Programme Coordination
Assist in the planning and delivery of programmes, workshops, and eventsMaintain programme calendars and coordinate with facilitators and participantsTrack attendance, feedback, and outcomes to support reporting and improvementLiaise with external partners, participants, and volunteers to ensure smooth programme executionCommunication & Reporting
Draft professional emails, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materialsKeep programme dashboards and operational trackers updatedContribute to social media posts and newslettersWhat You Bring
Diploma in any discipline2 years of experience in admin, ops, or programme supportProficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with Trello or Asana is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks independentlyWhat We're Looking For
