Job Description :

Our client is a rapidly expanding medical technology company focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions across Asia-Pacific. With a growing regional footprint, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to drive full-cycle talent acquisition strategies and execution across key APAC markets. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and countries in the region. This includes developing sourcing strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute recruitment strategies for both commercial and technical roles across APAC, with a focus on markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and talent gaps.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, direct sourcing, and talent pools.
  • Manage and mentor junior recruiters or external recruitment partners where applicable.
  • Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, improve processes, and inform hiring decisions.
  • Champion the employer brand and drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the medtech sector.
  • Ensure compliance with local hiring laws and company policies across APAC markets.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of regional talent acquisition experience, ideally within the medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across diverse markets in Asia-Pacific.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
