Our client is a rapidly expanding medical technology company focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions across Asia-Pacific. With a growing regional footprint, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to drive full-cycle talent acquisition strategies and execution across key APAC markets. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and countries in the region. This includes developing sourcing strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and execute recruitment strategies for both commercial and technical roles across APAC, with a focus on markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Build strong partnerships with regional business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and talent gaps.Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, direct sourcing, and talent pools.Manage and mentor junior recruiters or external recruitment partners where applicable.Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, improve processes, and inform hiring decisions.Champion the employer brand and drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the medtech sector.Ensure compliance with local hiring laws and company policies across APAC markets.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 8 years of regional talent acquisition experience, ideally within the medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across diverse markets in Asia-Pacific.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and growth-oriented environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.EA Licence No : 23S1615
