Roles & Responsibilities

1. Serving drinks : Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.

2. Managing cash transactions : Handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments accurately.

3. Maintaining a clean workspace : Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

4. Providing excellent customer service : Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.

5. Knowledge of drinks menu : Familiarity with the drinks menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.

6. Inventory management : Monitoring and restocking supplies, ingredients, and garnishes.

7. Multitasking : Handling multiple orders and customers simultaneously.

8. Teamwork : Collaborating with other bartenders, servers, and staff to ensure smooth service.

9. Adhering to safety and hygiene standards : Following proper sanitation, safety protocols, and responsible serving practices.

10. Upselling and promoting : Suggesting premium drinks, specials, or promotions to enhance sales.
