As a Leader, People Consulting for ASEAN, you direct a team of Country Consultants and partner with People Partners and the ASEAN Leadership team, Inclusive Communities (EROs), and the People & Communities (HR) eco-system to drive engagement, collaboration, and country innovation as well as focus on compliance and change in ASEAN. You'll also work with the Global Country Acceleration Leadership team to shape our strategy and talent management.
What You'll Do
As a Leader, People Consulting for ASEAN, you will be responsible for ensuring the Cisco People & Communities (P&C) agenda is effectively delivered within ASEAN in two ways :
1. Direct a team of Country Consultants to provide country-wide, function agnostic support to all employees in ASEAN. Specifically, you
2. Act as a Country Consultant for one of ASEAN countries to drive compliance, change and employee engagement in country.
