Job scope

Assist in patient admission and registration processes

Provide prompt and courteous responses to patient enquiries

Support the coordination of appointments and administrative tasks

Perform data entry and documentation as part of clinic operations

Handle general counter duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent
