2. What you will be doing day to day :

  • Needs Analysis & Solution-Based Sales Presentations
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the unique needs and goals of each customer.

  • Familiarisation with Client Products & Campaigns
  • Understand the products and services for respective client campaigns to ensure accurate and confident representation.

  • Appointment Setting with Key Decision-Makers
  • Engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers through outbound outreach and face-to-face consultations to introduce and promote client products and services.

  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Drive consistent new customer acquisition while actively maintaining relationships within the existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • After-Sales Support & Customer Success
  • Provide responsive and proactive support following a sale to uphold a positive customer experience aligned with client expectations.

  • Team Training & Mentorship
  • Support the development of junior team members to contribute to a high-performance team environment.
