Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field At least 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and submission processes Technologically savvy and digitally fluent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Review feasibility data and support concept-to-construction design phases
- Develop BIM models and digital workflows using Revit
- Produce conceptual, submission, tender, and construction drawings
- Create 3D visualizations and design presentation materials
- Advise on procurement methods in line with project goals
- Resolve site and technical issues efficiently
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Support contract administration and documentation processes
- Keep abreast of industry innovations and incorporate relevant trends
- Uphold local regulatory compliance and authority submission standards
