Job Description : About Infinity Cube
Infinity Cube is a leading provider of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), offering innovative hybrid power solutions to reduce diesel dependency in construction and industrial sites. With growing traction across Asia-Pacific and beyond, we are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team and accelerate our international expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new distributor and reseller opportunities globally, with focus markets including Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, and Europe .
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to potential partners in the construction equipment, rental, and energy sectors.
- Manage end-to-end business development funnel , from first contact to signed agreements.
- Develop and maintain a prospect database ; track outreach, feedback, and progress using CRM tools.
- Represent Infinity Cube in exhibitions and virtual meetings , building relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor technical solutions for local distributor needs.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, market feedback, and new opportunities.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of international business development or sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, energy, or industrial technology sectors.Proven success in cold calling and B2B sales .Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Japanese / Korean / Mandarin is a plus).Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently across time zones.Familiarity with distributor models, channel partner onboarding, and cross-cultural business environments.Location : Singapore (preferred) / Remote
Travel : Occasional international travel expected
