Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who excels in global macroeconomic fundamental analysis and cryptocurrency market research to enhance our investment capabilities in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Macro Analysis : Monitor economic data (particularly U.S. macro indicators such as GDP, inflation, and employment), interpret central bank policies (e.g., Federal Reserve decisions), track geopolitical events, and identify investment opportunities and risks.

2. Cryptocurrency Research : Track market trends and produce periodic research reports.

3. AI-Driven Efficiency : Continuously explore generative AI tools to optimize research workflows.

4. Strategy Maintenance : Monitor and refine existing investment recommendations, models, and databases based on market developments.

5. Communication & Problem-Solving : Clearly present research findings and address open-ended analytical challenges.

Requirements

1. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Engineering from a top-tier university. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMFAS) are a plus.

2. Experience : At least 1 year of investment research experience with a strong passion for financial markets.

3. Technical Skills : Proficiency in generative AI tools, financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv), and research methodologies.

4. Soft Skills : Fluent in Mandarin (You may need to collaborate with native Chinese-speaking colleagues), self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
