A role for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as a Sales Manager - Corporate Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for driving corporate sales and collaboration programmes crafting and modifying our current corporate product segment, maintaining a quality lead pipeline, and exploring opportunities to cross-sell products including wall installation projects and equipment sales to turn these opportunities as revenue sources. He / She will also be co-authoring counter resources for operations teams to implement such corporate and collaboration initiatives are effectively delivered to meet customer service and business goals. Once available, the Operations team shall implement them as outlined in the CR.
He / She shall gather feedback on programmes and collaboration viability, and success rate to review and improve the programmes, collaboration initiatives, projects and equipment sold.
Job Responsibilities
Increase corporate sales from corporate companies, schools, government agencies and institutional clients
Craft / modify current corporate product segments
Maintain an on-going quality lead pipeline of current and potential clients
Follow up with corporate and collaboration clients to increase their repeat businesses
Explore opportunities to cross sell products in project / wall installation and climbing equipment
Maximise the occupancy of climbing gyms on all days and all hours in a week
To provide prompt response on inquiries from the various sources and turn them to fruition and repeat businesses from quotation to invoicing to payment / accounts receivables
Submit monthly report on potential clients reached out and sales confirmed to-date to meet / business goals / KPI set
Provide timely and accurate programme schedule and co-authoring counter resources for Operations team to implement
Maintain an effective system of record keeping and co-authoring counter resources for reference and regular evaluations
Maximise and monitor effective use of POS functions by Operations team
Provide partnership and collaboration plan for the following 6 - 12 months
Actively source potential partners and sponsors to enhance partnership and collaboration to increase corporate sales
