Responsibilities
We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager (APAC) to oversee a team and provide business partnering to regional counterparts, as well as ensure alignment of regional HR strategies.
- Lead alignment and development of HR strategies across the region, working closely with internal stakeholders;
- Provide business partnering support to regional sites and offices;
- Liaise closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency across HR functions;
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations, considering legal risks;
- Lead data compliance efforts, ensuring alignment across different countries;
- Work closely with internal teams to promote a culture of learning and improvement;
- Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met and promote excellent service;
- Manage HR escalations, including disciplinary related responsibilities;
- Manage compensation and benefits, including job grade and salary benchmarks;
- Promote and develop company culture through various channels.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field of study;At least 5 years of relevant experience;Excellent understanding of local and regional employment regulations and best practices;Proactive with good problem solving skills;Ability to work well in a dynamic team, as well as ability work effectively independently;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Employment Details
