Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Sales to support our sales operations. The role includes handling sales documentation, coordinating orders, and liaising with customers and employers.
We are also seeking a Recruitment Resource to help manage manpower needs - someone confident in communicating with employers about job orders, staffing requirements, and supporting recruitment through job postings and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., quotations, invoices, sales reports)
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics and operations teams
- Communicate with customers and employers to confirm order details and updates
- Maintain and update customer records, sales documentation, and databases
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person with professionalism
- Assist in recruitment coordination : posting jobs, following up with candidates, and helping match manpower to employer orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales and staffing processes
- Ensure all sales and recruitment-related paperwork is complete and accurate
Key Skills :
