Job description4–6 years of experience in End User Support or System Engineering Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Intune Device Management, Trouble shooting, Debugging of Windows OS, Hardware Issues and PowerShell Scripting Experience in managing large device fleets Experience in Drivers and Deployment firmware Familiarity with Mac environments and enterprise tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Deals with vendors like Netmotion, Microsoft, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled L3 System Engineer to join our team on a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large-scale device environments and strong technical expertise in Windows and Mac systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L3 support for 1.5k–2k end-user devices
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Netmotion, Microsoft)
- Handle driver and firmware deployment
- Administer and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS and hardware issues
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and system tasks
- Provide Mac device support and administration
