Roles & Responsibilities

Drawing & Plan Interpretation :

Demonstrate strong proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, site plans, and technical detailing.

Project Scheduling & Planning

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Define project milestones, deliverables, critical paths, and resource requirements.

Site Assessments :

Conduct regular site visits and feasibility assessments to ensure compliance with design intent and project scope.

Project Execution :

Responsible for timely and effective completion of architectural and structural works, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and safety standards.
