Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team :

Employment Type : Permanent
Position : IT Support Engineer
Location : West
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, office hours
Salary Package : Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

Provide in-house IT support for hardware, software, and networks

Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN, servers, and firewall systems

Handle desktop support, including software issues and hardware coordination

Perform firmware updates and IP configurations for IT equipment

Support on-site projects and preventive maintenance tasks

Assist with setup of interactive systems and other assigned duties

Job Requirements :

Minimum Nitec in IT or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Able to start work in short notice or immediately.
