Manage sales report and performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
Assign duties to team members and create work schedules.
Develop operational strategies and ensure that the operational activities meet the organization’s requirements.
Manage bid conditions and tender preparations.
Monitor bid management to ensure it is aligned with the company and customers’ requirements.
Maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess a BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
At least 5-8 years’ experience and experience in Steelwork will be an advantage.
Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.
Analytical, independent, self-motivated, possess a positive working attitude and takes responsibility in his work.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
Applicants with prior relevant experience in residential / commercial / industrial / healthcare / institutional / government sector / other projects will be preferred.
