Product Manager

Job Description

Our company is seeking an ambitious and talented candidate to join our team in the role of a Product Management Associate. The ideal candidate will essentially act as the CEO of one of our product lines, playing a critical and influential role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Assume full P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility for the entire product line. This includes conducting product research, market research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, product positioning, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and overseeing product launches.

Continuously iterate and enhance the product-market fit of the product line, following the "build-measure-learn" philosophy.

Foster close communication with customers to guide product development, following the principle of "talking to customers and building products."

Establish systems and processes to ensure operational excellence within the product line.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Design, and Sales, to facilitate the development, testing, and release of products, while efficiently managing resources to ensure the products' success.

Requirements :

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria :

Located in HCMC (Ho Chi Minh City).

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top-tier local or international university with a strong academic record.

Exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Fluent in English.

Previous experience in a technology product company is a valuable asset.

Experience in building a product from the ground up or running a startup is a plus.

Prior leadership and management experience is also a plus.

Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional team management.
