Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, attendance checking on time management system)
Provide clerical & administrative support to project team
Handle foreign worker and staff related duties such as WPOL for work pass application / renewal, medical examinations arrangement, training course application, registration of address in MOM portal, etc
Handle monthly foreign worker related duties such as Payroll and levy, etc.
Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues and PCP applications
Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
Responsible for the maintenance, co-ordination and administrative set up of system access activation and de-activation (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating of employees database
Responsible for proper filing, labeling, storing of HR / Admin / IT documents and assets
Handle of payroll / claim preparation for all the foreign worker
Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin duties
Record Maintenance :
Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records
Maintaining records are related to grievances, perfomance reviews, and disciplicary actions
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documetation is collected and maintained
Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Job Requirement
Degree / Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent
Min 2 years HR cum Admin experience in Construction
Independent and able to multitask & hardworking
Ability to start work immediately or within short notice
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess good communication and coordinating skills
Ability to learn and adapt to need and changes quickly
