Job Summary :

Join our forward-thinking team as an Infrastructure Security Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and resilience of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, install, configure, and manage the security of our infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Harden servers and systems in accordance with industry best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001 / 27002, GDPR, NIST).
  • Provide comprehensive support, including incident management, problem-solving, patch management, and change management.
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure to surpass performance targets and security standards.
  • Lead projects for system installations, migrations, and upgrades, prioritizing efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate on the strategic planning of the infrastructure, focusing on scalability, availability, and security.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Champion continuous learning and adaptability within the team to stay ahead of emerging security threats and technologies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in server and systems infrastructure management, with a strong focus on security.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or relevant vendor-specific certifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in virtualization technologies and hyper-converged infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in managing server environments, particularly Windows and Linux, with experience in cloud computing and containerization highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Security, Purview suite, and familiarity with security monitoring tools.
  • Excellent crisis management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Availability for after-hours support as necessary.
