Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially astute and operationally hands-on CFO / FD to join the group’s senior leadership team, with the role based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or CPA with proven experience in complex, multi-sector businesses. A strong track record in M&A, strategic finance , and business partnering is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the finance, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, supporting investment decisions and business performance improvements.
• Drive commercial initiatives, including M&A evaluation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to enhance profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency.
• Maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices across jurisdictions.
• Oversee treasury, tax planning, and investor reporting as required.
