2. Weekly Reporting :
Submit a weekly report on project issues and the resolutions implemented.
3. Quotation Preparation :
Assist in preparing quotations based on site visits and drawings, ensuring timely submission by the agreed deadlines.
4. Client Meeting Documentation :
Document all client meeting discussions and submit to the client by the next day at the latest.
5. Email Communication :
Reply to all client emails promptly. Verbal discussions are not accepted unless followed up by email confirmation.
6. Contract Briefing :
Brief the supervisor on the contract details before assigning them to the project.
7. Material and Manpower Management :
Oversee the management of materials and manpower, ensuring efficient use and tracking.
8. Claim Sheet Verification :
Check claim sheets with the supervisor according to company requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
9. Claim Issue Resolution :
Resolve any claim disputes with clients, aiming to find solutions that are favourable to the company.
10. Safety Inspections :
Conduct regular safety inspections on site to ensure compliance with safety standards.
11. Ad-Hoc Duties :
Handle any additional tasks or projects assigned by management as needed.
