JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an inspection talent to join our team. He will work on the vision and non-destructive inspection system development. The ideal candidates need to have knowledge of experiment setup design, using camera to collect data and do image analysis through AI.

Responsibilities :

Design the vision system for product verification.
Image analysis through AI segmentation and classification for defect detection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new inspection solutions.
Analyze and optimize inspection system performance through the data quality.
Troubleshoot and debug sensor or optical-related issues in inspection systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Computer vision with AI

Be familiar with getting data from sensor like industrial camera, Arduino, etc.

Develop and implement computer vision algorithms using OpenCV or deep neural network (AI) model.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Be familiar with using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel for data processing.

Have a strong work ethic, and able to work on own initiative. Team player, communicate efficiently, be flexible and detail-oriented.
