We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager with specialized expertise in SAP S / 4HANA to join our dynamic team in a Work-From-Home capacity, supporting our growing engagements in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key contributor in solution architecture, solutioning, presales activities, and the development of compelling proposals and customer presentations for the Singapore market. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and supporting the Singapore team's success. Responsibilities :

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S / 4HANA, providing strategic guidance on solution architecture, solutioning, and presales activities for the Singapore market.
• Lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive and compelling proposals, including solution design, technical specifications, and accurate estimations.
• Develop and deliver impactful customer presentations that articulate the value proposition of our SAP S / 4HANA solutions to clients in Singapore.
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore sales and delivery teams to understand client business needs and translate them into effective SAP S / 4HANA solutions.
• Drive the solutioning process for SAP S / 4HANA engagements, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices relevant to the Singapore market.
• Conduct thorough estimations for project scope and effort, contributing to accurate project planning for Singapore-based projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP S / 4HANA innovations, trends, and methodologies relevant to the Singapore business landscape to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Contribute to the firm's development efforts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights gained through client engagements in Singapore.
• Work collaboratively in a virtual environment with other teams, integrating SAP S / 4HANA solutions into broader digital transformation initiatives for Singapore clients.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous learning and improvement within the team supporting Singapore engagements.
• Lead and support business development activities for SAP S / 4HANA solutions specifically for the Singapore market, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
• Collaborate remotely with clients' executives in Singapore to outline roadmaps, budgets, and investment proposals specific to SAP S / 4HANA transformations.
• Translate Singapore-based customer business issues / opportunities into solution / business requirements tailored to SAP S / 4HANA.
• Build and communicate the value proposition of end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA solutions to clients in Singapore, driving transformational business activities.
• Develop in-house capabilities and work closely with SAP partners and sales teams to advance expertise in this area, with a focus on the Singapore market.
• Conduct remote seminars, workshops, and events focused on SAP S / 4HANA solutions in collaboration with the sales and marketing team targeting the Singapore region.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in solution architecture, solutioning, and presales activities, emphasizing SAP S / 4HANA proficiency and thought leadership in the context of Singapore engagements. Requirements :
• Proven experience in a consulting role with a strong focus on SAP S / 4HANA solution architecture, solutioning, and presales, preferably in FICO or Logistic (SCM).
• Demonstrable experience in preparing proposals, estimations, and delivering on customer expectations.
