Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and operational reports to project performance, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Plan and direct the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to optimize sales strategy and efforts.
  • Establish discount rates and pricing schedules aligned with market demands and company goals.
  • Identify and pursue emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
  • Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop effective sales strategies and goals.
  • Prepare sales budgets and monitor departmental expenses for cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Will be required to engage Chinese Channel Partners.
  • Proven negotiation and customer service expertise.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work on weekends when required.
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • A degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
