Job Descriptions :

Support Technical and Site Managers on scrubber-related technical issues and escalate complex matters to Japan HQ as needed.
Conduct on-site visits for PM / CM activities, troubleshooting, and customer meetings.
Assist with CMS / SCADA systems and coordinate directly with third-party vendors when required.
Perform basic tasks using CX-Programmer and GP-Pro EX for PLC and touch panel program handling.
Support Gas DRE testing, including tool setup, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Manage and follow up on claim reports; liaise between site teams and Technical Service Department.
Prepare DRE reports and maintain claim part shipment records.
Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and support WSH awareness initiatives.
Handle daily / weekly reports, document / email translations, and interpretation for meetings or training.

Requirements :

Able to liaising with Japanese parties

Minimum Diploma in Engineering.

Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers

Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage

Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage

Willing to travel daily to various sites
