Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented

Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our brand presence within the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and market dynamics, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities, build strong partnerships, and convert leads into long-term clients.You will play a key role in growing our customer base across salons, spas, retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beauty and personal care sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, retail chains, distributors, and influencers

Conduct market research to stay on top of beauty trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities

Develop and present tailored proposals and product pitches to potential clients and partners

Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility

Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to revenue and brand growth

Track sales targets and report on performance metrics and business pipeline

Attend beauty expos, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and forge new connections

Gather client feedback to contribute to product development and improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Management, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry

Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, channels, and consumer behavior

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-starter with a proactive and goal-driven mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

Preferred Qualifications :

Existing network within the beauty industry

Experience working with premium or natural beauty brands

Understanding of both B2B and B2C beauty sales channels
