Reports to Asia Sales Director, this role oversees and lead the sales fulfillment & RFQ process so as to meet EXIM budget plans. Lead a regional customer service and indoor sales team to support the sales team. This role ensures all PO are executed correctly and within customer request. He / She is responsible for selling off slow and non- moving stocks. This role also oversees sales force effectiveness which includes onboard new sales / customer service employees.
- Develop and plan the sales fulfillment strategies and execute via a team of regional and local customer service team.
- Drive customer reordering and optimize fulfilment quantities to maximize sales volume and profitability
- Lead & Coordinate the VMI process in ensuring timing and accurate stock usage and replenish via operational team.
- To oversee and monitor EXIM request for quotation (RFQ) process.
- Monitor customer service metrics, analyze data to develop action plans to address issues.
- Train and mentor Customer Service and Quote Support team to ensure high level of service across the region.
- Use data analytics to forecast demand, coordinate and support other departments such as material planning & stock management.
- Implement best practices in customer service management, using data-driven insights to improve workflows.
- Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and improve service delivery. Then communicate the feedback and service trends to other departments, to improve the service.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and addressing concerns proactively.

Pre-requisities :
At least 2-3 years of industrial sales experience.Knowledge of MRO, Cleanroom Consumables + PPE , Hand tools products etc will be advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft office and Salesforce preferably.
