We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and hands-on Head of Online Marketing to push our Marketing activities to the next level. You will be responsible for scaling up our user acquisition strategies , with positive unit economics and profitability always in mind.
You will work closely with the Founder and CEO of StyleTribute, helping the company to reach its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities
- Paid Channels
- Manage daily operations of all active Paid Channels (SEM, FB Ads, GDN, Retargeting)
- Scale and allocate marketing budget efficiently across paid channels, aiming to lower overall CAC
- Organic Channels
- Email Marketing
Optimize existing EDM campaigns through rigorous A / B testing
Develop automated email campaigns (DRIP campaigns) to increase retention and LTVProvide technical guidance for onsite SEO improvements and ensure future developments are SEO compliant
Implement offsite white-hat link building strategies to enhance domain authorityOnsite MarketingGather customer insights to identify website improvementsDesign and run A / B tests to improve conversion ratesData AnalysisRegular analysis of channel and country performance for dynamic budget allocationMonthly cohort analysis of markets and acquisition channelsIdentify and fix data tracking issuesProject & Team ManagementOversee social media manager and graphic designerCollaborate with tech team on new marketing tools, tracking, and SEO enhancementsRequirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce startupsHands-on experience with channels and activities mentioned above, with practical and theoretical knowledgeBasic understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and W3C standardsExpertise in Web Analytics platforms, primarily GAStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experienceAbility to work independently with high proactivityProven success in leading cross-functional initiativesExcellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder managementPositive, can-do attitude and driven mindsetPassion for online marketing and startupsBenefits
