About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and people-oriented Credit Control Executive to join our team in the automotive financing sector. This role plays a critical function in maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely repayment of customer instalments and managing overdue accounts with tact and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Instalment Reminders : Proactively contact borrowers to remind them of upcoming or overdue monthly instalments via phone, SMS, email, or other approved communication channels.
• Debt Restructuring : Engage borrowers who are facing repayment difficulties to assess their financial situation and develop feasible debt restructuring proposals, subject to company policy and approval.
• Account Management : Maintain accurate records of communications, payment plans, and customer commitments. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed repayment terms.
• Ancillary Duties : Handle day-to-day tasks and administrative matters related to credit control, including but not limited to preparing statements of account, following up on bounced payments, assisting with legal documentation, and supporting inter-department coordination where required.
