Description

This is an operational role supporting the bank’s high net worth customers on Portfolio & Counterparty Static Creation / Maintenance

Perform wealth account opening / closure, tag different currencies to investment cash accounts

Set up sub trading accounts with broker

Set up safekeeping accounts with custodians

Collect W8BEN forms from front office and provide to custodians

Handle queries from various counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers

Handle adhoc projects / initiatives and user acceptance testings

Qualifications

Requirements :

Diploma Holder & above

Good product & banking knowledge

At least 2 years of work experience in Operations departments of banks / financial institutions, preferably with exposure in Static Creation / Maintenance and / or Account Opening

Meticulous and have a keen eye for details

Able to work under stress and can adapt to changes

Good inter-personal skills

Good team player
