About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Middle Office Specialist to join our Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Execution team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of trade finance and supply chain finance transactions, focusing on receivables financing, supplier finance, and factoring.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in middle office operations within corporate investment banking who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellence in client service, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the end-to-end execution of Receivables and Supply Chain Financing transactions.
Serve as a key liaison between the front office, clients, and various internal stakeholders, including loan operations and transaction banking teams.
Monitor, process, and reconcile trade and loan transactions accurately and within tight deadlines.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using advanced Excel functions, VBA, and macros.
Ensure operational risks are identified, documented, and mitigated.
Assist in resolving transaction discrepancies and client queries with professionalism and urgency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
Maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and external clients.
Provide support for new product initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or a related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience in middle office operations, trade finance, receivables, and supply chain financing within a corporate or investment banking environment.

Strong working knowledge of Receivables and Supply Chain Financing products (e.g., factoring, supplier finance, receivables discounting).

Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macro development for reporting and automation.

Strong client servicing mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively engage with regional clients and stakeholders, particularly in China.
