  • Architect solutions that optimize cost-to-serve while delivering significant value.
  • Design comprehensive solution approaches, including overall plans and cost estimates.
  • Facilitate effective transitions of solutions throughout mobilization and stabilization phases.
  • Articulate the value of solutions through impactful storytelling.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

  • Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP Talent & HR.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
