Job descriptionLead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth operations of banking systems, networks, and infrastructure. Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance security, efficiency, and innovation. Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data protection standards. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to support digital banking initiatives and technology-driven solutions. Ensure high availability of core banking applications and timely resolution of IT incidents. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in IT governance and risk management. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud integration, and emerging technology adoption. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of IT experience, within banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of core banking systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and fintech integration. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
