This Position is with one of Our Clients in Bangalore. Seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Architect to lead the development of innovative technology products from conception to execution in the digital global capability center (GCC) space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to drive product strategy and development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Role Description

Define what's possible in the Digital GCoE / GCC paradigm, working with the software and management teams.
Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, engineers, and designers to bring the product to life.
Identify talent needs and actively participate in hiring processes or vendor selection for outsourced development.
Work with software engineers, product management, and the business team to define and refine the product architecture in alignment with business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices.
Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements.
Lead and support architectural decisions and tasks.
Review technical designs and provide guidance to the software engineering team on technical and architectural design decisions.
Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies and technologies to align the business vision into the technical product roadmap.

Requirements :

Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, influence, and guide cross-functional teams.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering.

At least 9+ years of experience in software engineering and proven experience in software design.

Experience in building sophisticated SaaS products considering various technical considerations.
