Infant Care Teacher

Job Responsibilities :

• Childcare & Supervision : Provide attentive, responsive care to infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Developmental Activities : Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, motor skills, and social interaction
• Individualized Care : Observe and assess each infant's needs, interests, and developmental milestones, adapting activities to support their growth
• Health & Hygiene : Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; manage diaper changes, feeding, and nap times in a caring manner
• Parent Communication : Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns
• Collaboration : Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment
