Job description

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the short and long term planning of the food and beverage operations in line with the company’s vision. The GM (QSR Concept) will drive the division’s profitability, operations efficiency, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality service and lead a high-performing front and back of house team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic planning of business segment to be in line with organization's vision
Responsible for overall financial profitability and operations of the business unit, including and not limited to revenue and cost management, procurement management, people management, marketing and customer service management
Analyse market trends and develop business plans to drive business expansion and growth
Establish and maintain strong strategic business partner relationships (e.g. external clients and vendors)
Identify and implement technology and procedures to improve work processes and uplift productivity level
Identify and execute opportunities for new product development and market expansion
Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
Work closely with QA teams to maintain high product quality and in full compliance with food safety and occupational safety regulations (i.e. Halal Certification)
Enforce and uphold of hygiene and safety standards at the outlet operations
Oversee all employees related matters including but not limited to labour cost management, talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 15 years’ experience in QSR concept, with at least 5 years in senior leadership role with proven track records in managing P&L, optimizing operations and driving business growth

Strong knowledge in food safety regulations and industry best practices

Strong leadership qualities and able to promote team spirit and motivate the whole team

Keen sense of business acumens
