Improve KX' market position and achieve financial growth
Prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
Build and maintain key customer relationships as well as channel partners
Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions through persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients
Support in planning marketing efforts of the business
Drive (design & execute) & ownership of focused initiatives to maximize revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
Define and maintain business development territory plan to execute against (e.g. Pipeline Generation / Revenue Generation / New Logo Acquisition..) to maximize financial results & achieve KPIs; proactively engaged in key Customer & opportunities via customer facing activity / relationships.
Engage in BMS / team meetings and events to drive business objectives and ensure strong coordination across business units teams
Support / Advocate the solution selling transformation strategy and company's solution portfolio
Key Interactions : Sales, Customers, Business Partners & Affiliated Partners, Product Management team.
Position Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales & business management, solution design management in the IT industry.
Strong track record in business acquisition / development.
Be able to communicates effectively with presentation skills, strong written and oral.
Articulate and creative in utilizing product and customer knowledge to close deals
Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
