As a Sales Manager , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading sales initiatives, and cultivating strong client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify new opportunities, penetrate emerging markets, and expand the company's customer base.
Set challenging yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives, ensuring consistent achievement or over-achievement.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and optimize performance.
Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships , understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and initial contact to negotiation and securing sales by closing deals.
Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Oversee account management for existing key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Provide regular coaching, performance monitoring, and constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic sales forecasts, to upper management.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and a seamless customer experience.
