Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Create accurate CNC programs for Aerospace components / parts
  • Simulate (on ICAM software) the Virtual Machine feature for possible collision / gouges
  • Set raw materials onto the machine
  • Load the CNC & UHF programs into the machine
  • Read & interpret route cards, setup sheets, technical blueprints & design models
  • Monitor the machine as it runs & make adjustments or troubleshoot as needed
  • Keep detailed records for equipment & procedures
  • Perform necessary maintenance & cleaning on equipment
  • Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Able to work OT or shift work when required
  • Strong attention to details
  • Team Player & independent
  • Proactive & keen interest to learn
