Beautician Trainer (Aesthetic Clinic) - RB (ID : 7823) Industry Healthcare / Medical Specialization Personal care Position Level Senior Doctor Working Hours 11pm to 6pm Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, laser therapy and other aesthetic procedures.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools.
• Ensure trainees are trained to meet industry standards, product knowledge, and customer service expectations.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice sessions.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and certification assessments.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support marketing and sales teams with product education and in-house demonstration events.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in the aesthetics / beauty industry.
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a clinical, spa, or salon setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with various aesthetic equipment, techniques, and skincare products.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to train in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
