Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with and manage children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmental, and engaging programmes and activities that support holistic growth.
- Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
- Set up and maintain learning environments and resources in accordance with KCare Programme safety and health standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.
- Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities with active involvement to encourage participation and engagement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child by observing for signs of illness, emotional distress, or developmental concerns, and documenting progress.
- Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence to help children feel secure and valued.
- Maintain classroom and playground order while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Take on additional duties or special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Work schedule : 5-day work week (weekdays only).
Preferred qualification / Certification
WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) orAdvanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent.LON by ECDAJob Type : Full-time
