Job Summary :

We are looking for a strategic finance talent as a Deputy Director, Group Finance to be the Business Finance Lead to the Project Management Business. As the lead, you will be a finance partner to the Chief Executive, Project management and be responsible for driving financial strategy, performance management, and value creation across the assigned business line. This leadership role will oversee financial planning processes, lead commercial insights, and partner with key stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and improve business outcomes objectives and global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the business line’s global finance function.
  • Partner with C-suite and regional leadership to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. Drive alignment between corporate objectives and operational execution.
  • Oversee business performance reviews and lead in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS / GAAP and relevant local regulations.
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital structure, risk management, and funding strategies.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide actionable insights on margin improvement, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation to drive sustainable value.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, identify areas for improvement, and propose recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Support finance-related transformation initiatives, including ERP upgrades, automation, reporting standardization, and integration of newly acquired entities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to promote a collaborative culture and work environment.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and / or CPA / ACCA is preferred.
  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to financial operations.
  • Proven experience working in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
