Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To be the main point of contact between the customer and the Company, maintaining good and professional relationships with them.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Serve as an independent account manager for corporate B2B customers while being a customer service representative for individual B2C customers
  • Maintaining strong communication with all customers, assisting them in the resolution of operational issues that occur
  • Regularly reaching out to customers for feedback
  • Assisting in admin and paperwork duties during downtime
  • Any tasks as and when assigned by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in basic computer functions (MS Office Suite)
  • A good team player with strong communication skills
  • Willing to learn and step out of existing job scope when required
