JOB PURPOSE
The role as Support Engineer functions as Level 1 and 2 Support for Applications, Hardware and related processes in the IT Department for group operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide 1st level IT technical support to end-users.
- Assist end users to resolve 1st level requests related to hardware, software and network issues.
- Assist project team in delivery of project tasks.
- Ensure meeting users' expectation by providing efficient and timely support.
- Provide regular feedback, updates and recommendations for improvement to Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Group and IT policies & procedures at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided.Possess basic knowledge of Hardware / Software and Operating Systems.Positive work attitude, reliable and responsible personality.Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
