A global provider of entrance automation solutions, focused on innovation and reliability, is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead service operations and drive sales growth.
- Motivate and mentor your team to achieve outstanding results, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our service customer base and increase revenue, while ensuring profitability.
- Actively sell service contracts to new and existing customers. Drive upselling and cross-selling of service solutions post-contract.
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery, from scheduling and dispatching technicians to ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
- Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within the Service Department.
- Ensure all service work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to best practices and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, implementing creative solutions to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service-related roles, with strong knowledge of service, Sales and maintenance operations.Experience dealing with government sectors and commercial (B2B)Track record of successfully leading and managing a service team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.Familiarity with entrance automation or M&E systems is a strong advantage.A solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.Interested candidate, please send your CV to : jennifert@gemini.sg
